Do you know that there is a system in our constitution, as per the 1969 act, in section “49-O” that a person can go to the polling booth, confirm his identity, get his finger marked and convey the presiding election officer that he doesn’t want to vote anyone!
This is section in our constitution which says that if u feel that no deserving candidate is standing in elections u can put a sheet of paper in ballot box stating u vote nobody and if these votes are more than 50% than the election is held again and none of those candidate can stand in elections for next 5 years.
